The stay was quite disappointing due to several issues. The breakfast options were limited and the pool area was closed, which was a letdown for a family traveling for leisure. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with a musty smell and leftover food from previous guests. The staff was friendly enough, but they didn't seem to take any action to resolve our complaints.

Room had basic amenities like air conditioning, cable channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator, but the cleanliness was off. I noticed a lack of attention to detail, life sticky tables in common areas. The breakfast options were very limited, just some bread and cereal. Pool facilities were not available during my stay.

I savored some seriously delicious square hamburgers at nearby Outback Steak House! The easy access to spots like Olive Garden and Osaka Steak House made my culinary adventures epic. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near the best eateries in town.

However, the continental breakfast was a total letdown. It was mainly a lost cause with barely enough options to fill a spoon, and the cleanliness was a huge red flag. Sticky tables and sticky floors? No thanks!

We enjoyed visiting the Bunker Beach Water Park and exploring the great hiking trails nearby. The location was perfect for accessing area attractions like Como Park Zoo and Conservatory. Overall, an excellent spot for a group getaway.

However, we did notice that the staff seemed a bit untrained when handling our check-in, particularly concerning their data collection process, which felt a bit invasive.
